What is a EAFI?
EAFI (Independent Financial Advisory Company) is a new figure of Investment Services Company. No person or entity may, without obtaining prior permission and to be registered in the list of the National Securities Market, providing the service of investment advice.
Independent Financial Advisers are required by the Financial Services Authority to provide the most suitable advice for their clients. Independent Financial Advisers are, therefore, required to look after their clients' interests and should not be influenced by factors such as commission.
